These general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all the services offered by the representative of the sole proprietorship Anaïs Damour.

The procedure to follow in all cases is as follows: 

- Choose the accompaniment

- Transmit the details necessary for invoicing (surname, first name, telephone number, email address)

The customer will receive a booking confirmation by email (chosen accompaniment, date, time)​

PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT​​

The prices indicated on the site https://anaisdamour.com (other domain name: http://naturalandintegrativehealth.com) are indicated in euros - VAT not applicable (according to article 293 B of the CGI).

Authorized means of payment: Online payment

The representative of EI Anaïs Damour grants herself the right to modify her prices at any time, without notice. The services are invoiced according to the rates in force at the time of the order/booking of the consultation.​

POSTPONEMENT, MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT​

An appointment can be modified or canceled with reimbursement by notifying the representative of EI Anaïs Damour by email, at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the consultation (or forgetting the client the same day), the consultation is due.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL​

​In accordance with Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs”.

For any withdrawal, it is advisable to send a request to Anaïs Damour via the contact form (below) or by email. The withdrawal period is from the online payment of the service. The refund of the sums paid will be made (possible costs and refund period 10 to 14 days, according to the rules of Stripe, the partner responsible for processing online payments).

RIGHT OF RESERVE​

The representative of EI Anaïs Damour reserves the right to cancel any execution of an order/reservation, whatever its nature, in the event of non-payment and/or payment dispute. The order/reservation will be automatically cancelled.

The representative of the individual company Anaïs Damour reserves the right to refuse to carry out another consultation with a client with whom there has been a default in payment, one or more absences from an appointment, a request for reimbursement of a previous service and/or a dispute .

ISIS representative Anaïs Damour reserves the right to refuse a consultation if the reason for the consultation does not fall within its area of expertise or if the smooth running of the support session cannot take place due to inappropriate behavior on the part of the client (lack of respect , rudeness, inappropriate proposals, insulting remarks). 00222_

RESPONSIBILITY​

Naturopathy is a complementary approach that in no way replaces allopathic medicine. Naturopathic support, offered by Anaïs Damour, does not replace medical advice or medical treatment. A medical opinion is also recommended before any consultation. 

The representative of EI Anaïs Damour, in her competence as a Naturopath, will never make a diagnosis and will never intervene in the cessation of medical treatment (acts reserved for doctors) and therefore cannot be held responsible for decisions of the client, nor of any bad follow-up of advice and/or bad interpretations of the client. In case of modification or interruption of a drug treatment by a client, the representative of the EI Anaïs Damour asks her client to refer to her doctor as soon as possible. 

The representative of EI Anaïs Damour cannot be held responsible in the event that the recommendations proposed in the programs and protocols are not effective. ​

TREATMENT & PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA​, USE OF COOKIES

​The customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him (law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms). If desired, the customer can make a request to exercise this right via the contact form (below).

The information provided when booking a support session will only be used for the execution of the order/reservation by the representative of EI Anaïs Damour. The data will never be transmitted, resold to anyone and are kept confidential.
